Substitution Policy

Bouquets DO NOT come in a vase. The Bouquet Collection DOES NOT come in a vase. 

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

 

Gift Items :

All our gift times such as chocolate, candles, plants, home decor, merch, gift baskets, silk arrangements are final sale, due to the product being ruined once it leaves our store. (The merch can be tried on in store before purchase.)


 Disclaimer : For all Weddings, Funerals, Events, Boutonniere, Corsages, our flowers are in pristine condition, after pick up/delivery/setup, Macyks Florist is no longer responsible, no refunds or exchanges are permitted. All sales are final. 



Holiday Price Increase : All holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas/The Holiday season, mothers day, Valentine's day, easter & all other holidays are due to price increases on flowers. Due to the wholesalers increasing their prices.

Non-returnable items
All flowers, All Plants, Chocolate, Honey, Fudge, Candles, Gift Items, Home Decor, Hard Goods are final sale. AND custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Once purchased we are no longer responsible for how the product is handled/ taken care of. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will contact you to discuss appropriate substitutions.  If the suggested substitutions are not acceptable to you, we will issue a full refund on your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  

Refunds for giftware 10 days post purchase.  Store credit issued after 10 days.
